Today (5/24), Caleb Ashling and I found an adult male Cinnamon Teal
just south of the town of Ada (Norman Co.). The bird was associating
with a pair of Blue-winged Teal, displaying to the female.

The birds were located in a small "fluddle" on the east side of Hwy.9
in an ag field, just south of the Wild Rice River, which is just south
of Ada. Unfortunately, we only got to observe them for about two
minutes, as a tractor slowly drove by on the highway, spooking them.
They appeared to fly northeast.
