Just saw a adult Mississippi Kite fly over my house.  The kite was first noticed to the east of my house circling over head possibly hunting dragonflies and then it flew directly over our house and then circled again and then headed towards Morgan Park or to the neighborhood west of our house.  I live in Duluth in the Smithville neighborhood, which is located on the west side of Duluth below Spirit Mountain.
