I am wondering if anyone has checked Pine County.  Plenty of habitat and in 04/05 owls were there too.

Subject: [mou-net] boreal owl irruption

Two boreal owls found dead have been turned in to Sherburne NWR.  One from the town of Ogilvie and the other from Princeton.  It appears their irruption has occurred fairly far south of their normal range.
