I am going to confirm the spotting just posted by Peter Nichols of an Adult Male winter plumage Long tail Duck seen at the Coon Rapid dam between about 8:30 and 9:30 this morning. He might still be there.  
Here is a link to a couple of photos that I got. He was just up stream from the dam on the Coon Rapids Side about in the middle swimming with some Hooded Mergansers and some goldeneye.
