Only 8 days until the first Christmas Bird Count of the season. We have a
real good chance of breaking the Snowy Owl record of 24 birds seen in 9
locations in 1980. The record for number of locations is 13 set in 1996. I
hear in Wisconsin they think they are going to record more Snowies than you.
They think Minnesotans can't play football, baseball, hockey or find owls.
