My companion and I saw a northern hawk owl near sunset yesterday at the intersection of Hwy. 7 and St. Louis Cty. Rd 310. That's well north of what's typically considered the Sax-Zim Bog, and we hadn't seen any previous reports of NHOs in the general vicinity.
