Hi PIG,
We hope you've had a great weekend. We just wanted to announce that PIG is
cohosting a lunch lecture with AMSA on Monday, October 19 at 12:15 in Moos
Towers 2-530. The speaker is Dr. Lydia Caros, Executive Director of Native
American Community Clinic and she will be discussing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum
Disorders in Primary Care. And as an added bonus, lunch will be provided!
Also, we had a request for shadowing contacts in pediatrics from a group
member at our last meeting. For those of you who are interested in
shadowing opportunities in peds, the best way to arrange it would probably
be to email Juliet Massie, our advisor of sorts, at [log in to unmask] We
already spoke with her, so she is expecting your emails.
Have a great night and we hope to see many of you on Monday!
Thanks,
Noelle and Jackie
