Greetings,

The M&M 2010 meeting in Portland is approaching soon, which I hope many of you
are planning to attend. Once again there are a number of sessions and short
courses that pertain to the type of work that many of us perform, including
several sessions that may provide an opportunity for future projects utilizing
an electron microprobe. At this time we are working hard to organize the
Student Bursary program, so if any of you know of a student who plans to attend
the meeting and would like to work a few days to help offset the cost of the
meeting, please let me know. If they have already registered for the meeting
and requested the Student Bursary program but have not heard from us at this
time, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can get the session
schedule out to them. If there are any other questions about the Student
Bursary program please do not hesitate to ask.

Clayton Loehn
