Sorry, I should have been more specific. It is dominantly for SIMS work on
Fe-metal so it has to be iron nitride (I used Si3N4 and BN for the probe
work so far). I know that there should be a European Union produced
standard (according to Saunders et al. 2004 in Microchimica Acta) floating
around that I have not been able to track down. I thought that more labs
potentially synthesized them.

From a time perspective there is not really enough time to put it in the
pipe line for production.
