Look at the manual.
There is an alignment procedure there.
Going off of my memory would not be the best way to go.
But start with the largest OL aperture.
Do tilts at low beam currents, shifts at higher beam currents.
I would usually align looking for highest beam current attainable for any probe current setting.
Sometimes it helps to observe the beam on a fluorescent sample like benitoite.
You also need to wobble the OL aperture and work toward smaller holes.
These are just general comments. The procedure in the manual should get you close at least.

Also, at higher mag the horizontal movement (when inspecting a sample) is like having internal reflections. The filament has been replaced very recently, however, i had the same problem still occurring since the last week with the previous filament. Also, at higher mag (from 950X to 1000X and 9500X to 10000X) there is a considerable shift on horizontal axis. I tried the objective lense aperture (X and Y) however, nothing changed. Any idea for the problem and how can i fix it?
