I am assisting a local commission as it decides whether to increase
salaries for some local goverment officials.   Can anyone on PubPol-L
recommend a reference source for comparing and contrasting local
government salaries?    The 1996 Municipal Yearbook offered some help,
but I'm still looking for information regarding tax assessors and district
attorneys.   Thanks for any help you might be able to provide.
