Can anyone tell me if there is such a list already in existence? I'm not
reluctant to discuss normative issues, but more concerned now about a
place to exchange ideas/questions of the sort to which Mary Durfee kindly
responded. Given the speed of her response and the recent flurry of
messages, I'd say there's a 'market' for such a list. But I don't want to
duplicate others' work.
