The TransAtlantic Information Exchange Service (TIESweb -
http://www.tiesweb.org), based in Paris , is preparing for
a congress with a maximum of 500 representatives of the
American and European civil societies, as well as company
executives and administrative officials.
Our goal is to help connect and foster communication and
cooperation among individuals and organizations in American
and European civil societies.
The following is a summary of our Open Online Preparation
Process, designed to generate topics and themes for the

and comments for topics and discussions to be included in

Creative session intended to dream up new mechanisms of
global governance, and keep the focus out of institutions.

An effort to look at "uncommon" goals and how to work
with them.
