Web White & Blue 2000 is (http://www.webwhiteblue.org) a
non-profit, non-partisan project of the Markle Foundation
(http://www.markle.org) designed to highlight the ways in which
the Internet can expand and enhance citizen participation in our
nation's democratic process.

Thousands of Web White & Blue 2000 Participating Sites are
coming together to promote the "Rolling Cyber Debate" among the
presidential campaigns and public awareness of the WWB "Best of
the Best" daily highlights of online political information
resources, featured non-profit sites, and interactive events
across the Internet. The site, http://www.webwhiteblue.org, is
live today.

From October 1 through Election Day, the Rolling Cyber Debate
will enable a daily exchange among the presidential campaigns on
topics provided by the campaigns themselves and citizens via the
Web White & Blue 2000 Charter site network. You can be a part of
this historic effort by signing up as a Web White & Blue 2000
Participating Site today.
