Simon Fraser University has established a new political science Ph.D. program
in the fields of Canadian Politics and Public Policy, Comparative Politics
and International Relations with a specific focus on political economy,
public policy and governance. The program draws on the research and teaching
strengths of Political Science faculty in these areas.
Applicants require an M.A. degree in political science (completed by the time
of admission, not application) with a grade point average of A-(3.67) or
better in courses taken for the Master's degree. Part-time study in the
program is possible to facilitate enrolment by university college and other
mid-career professionals interested in a Ph.D.
Applications will be considered until March 1, 1997.
