I don't normally respond to these types of discussion, but I believe
Michael Shires point is correct.  I thought this was a public policy
research discussion -- not a policy point of view soapbox.  And frankly,
Mr. Wilmerding, I thought your reply to Mr. Shires concern to be arrogant
and discourteous.  If by some mistake I have be put on any of your e-mail
lists, please unsubscribe me.
