 Lee, ****

As a way of preparing for the inaugural meeting of the Congestion Pricing
Research Sub-committee, I would like potential members and friends to think
about the Back to Basics message from TRB. Research is of course the
foundation of the TRB work. As such, development of Research Needs
Statements will be an important component of the Research Sub-committee
agenda. I think one of the goals of the Sub-committee is to develop a
robust list of research needs statements for the Congestion Pricing
Committee and I ask potential committee participants to be prepared to
bring your ideas for robust research needs discussion. Thanks.****

Ken Buckeye****
