+1 for the JW player.
Here's an example I found of the sharing features of their new player.

When the video ends or is paused, the share, embed and credits screen
comes up. This type of player is an option you can choose when
downloading - no extra coding is required.
On our college site, we use the JW player to play video from
MediaMill. We haven't integrated the sharing features yet, but we will.
