Depending on your video format, you can do that with an embedded video
player.  There are several freeware/shareware apps available.  We use
JW Player ( http://www.longtailvideo.com/players/jw-flv-player/ ) for
playing FLV files on the Law School website:

http://www.law.umn.edu/cle/08_09lectureseries/media.html

The videos are stored on a virtual web host and are pulled into the
page via the JW Player application.  If you have any questions, just
