Adobe Contribute publishing error

Is anyone else getting an error in Adobe Contibute when trying to publish
after editing a page?  I'm the owner of the file on the server side so it
isn't a permission problem.  The error I get in WinSCP is a timestamp error
but I can't see where to administer the timestamp in Contribute.
