Is there a centrally managed event registration service provided by the U? 
I'm aiming for something similar to what eventbrite.com offers.

I know the folks over at MSI rolled out their own, and that SAA has something simple they wrote in PHP.
... but to find a U-Wide one that can be used by a non-techie...
