*2. **Student Group Grants Update*

Grant applications for the 2011-12 academic year are still available
online. Due to an increased demand in student group grant funding, we are
accepting grant applications for events taking place on or after December
30, 2011 only. This is in an effort to extend funding to spring semester.

Funding from the Coca-Cola Development
Grant<http://sua.umn.edu/groups/funding/grants/coke-grants.php>has
been fully awarded and is no longer available for the 2011-12 academic
year. Funding is still available from the Student Services Fees Grant,
Coca-Cola Activity and Coca-Cola Academic Initiatives. Limited funding is
still available from the Administrative Grant. Grant deadlines for the year
are available at
http://www.sua.umn.edu/groups/funding/grants/apply/index.php. Please
consider applying now for your student group's spring events!

*3. Central Corridor Light Rail Construction Information*
