Dear Colleagues,

I have another question.  In the early 1990s I was greatly impressed
with the "Eve" hypothesis, which came, as I could remember, from the
University of California.  What is the current state of the treatment of
the "mitochondrial Eve"?  I would greatly appreciate your comments.
