Hi all,
For those that haven't seen the signs around Moos and/or choose to
ignore their email, this is to inform you about an important Town Hall
Meeting Friday afternoon at McNamara Alumni Center. Here are some of
the details:
The Global AIDS Pandemic: Hope for Progress in 2004

This is an event that has been organized by students in the Medical
School and the School of Public Health, and is being sponsored by
several different student groups.
If you are interested in helping out with this event, it's not too late!
We will be having 2 more meetings, Wed. (tonight) and Thur. to discuss
last minute details of the Town Hall Meeting and to go over Friday's
program. We are specifically looking for volunteers to help on the day
of the event, handing out programs, directing guests, collecting
questions, etc.
If you are interested in volunteering, please come to one of these
informal meetings either tonight at 6:00 pm at Java City, or Thur. night
at 7:00 pm at McNamara Alumni Center. Please reply back if you would
like more info, or if you can't make the meeting but would still like to
help out. Otherwise, hope to see everyone at the Town Hall Meeting!
