The Eurasian Collared-Doves (2 -3), which have been present on private
property for the last three months, have moved to a more conventional
venue -- grain elevators. Currently, including today, they have been
splitting their time feeding on spilled grain at the two Vermillion
Township grain elevators. One is on the south side of 190th Street
between Fischer Avenue and Goodwin Avenue; second is on the northeast
corner of Goodwin Avenue and 190th Street. You can access 190th off
Highway 52 -- head east three miles.
