Ron Erpelding called to report a Say's Phoebe that he found at 11:25 AM today. The bird was still present until 11:45 when he left the area.

Directions are a bit complicated but the following should work.

Go south of Glenwood on State Hwy 104 about 7 1/2 miles to 255th St. Go west about 1 1/2 miles to 245th Ave. Go south on 245th Ave to where 270th intersects from the east. At this point there is a dead end road on the west that is not on my county map. Go west about 1 mile to a area with grassland on both sides of the road. Ron described the area as a bit depressed so somewhat out of the wind that is blowing pretty good out there.

Ron reached the area by a slightly different way so hopefully these directions did not hit any closed roads.

The bird was feeding on both sides of the road.
