And later in the day(about 13:40) just before leaving town in that same spot
I saw the Goldeneye(both species), a female Ring-necked Duck, a Black
Scoter, and a White-winged Scoter..

Subject: [mou-net] Barrow's Goldeneye Re-spotted, 21st Ave. E, Duluth

Hi Everyone,

At around 12:45 pm today (11/22), I spotted a male Barrow's Goldeneye among
a small group of Common Goldeneyes on Lake Superior off 21st Ave. E, in
Duluth. This is most likely the same individual spotted on 11/17 by Peder
Svingen. The birds were fairly close to shore and best viewed at the start
of the Lake Walk.

Thank you to Erik Bruhnke for stopping by with a scope and taking photos.

Cheers!
Sarah Glesner
