A well-marked (i.e., relatively unmarked) female Hoary Redpoll was
present this morning, 25 Feb, in the Sax-Zim Bog at the feeding
station on Arkola Rd (CR 52), which is 3/4 mi E of Owl Ave. Also of
note today were at least 5 (possibly 6) N Hawk Owls at the following
locations:

- CR 7, 0.7 mi N of CR 133
- CR 7, 1 mi S of Sax
- CR 28 (Sax Rd), 1.5 mi W of CR 7
- CR 7, 1 mi N of Sax; one seen later on CR 7, 2.7 mi N of Sax may
have been a different bird
- CR 319 (Stone Lake Rd), just E of CR 7
