It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Hull. 
He was a very supportive and caring person, as many Ishkabibblers 
have reason to know.  His legacy in several fields, both within and 
outside of science, will go on.  His work inspired many people to 
take seriously the practice of history, philosophy, and social 
studies of biology.  He will be missed.
