The Surf Scoter reported by Nicholas Tangen yesterday on Lake of the Isles in Minnealolis, Hennepin County was still present this morning.  It can be seen near Lake of the Isles Parkway East and James Ave South, or just as easily across from there without the wind blowing in your face.
