Today between 11:30a & noon the Long-Tailed Duck was on the far Southeast end of Vadnais lake among a small group of Goldeneye & Mallard. It is easiest seen from the Vadnais/Sucker Lake trail that runs West from Edgerton St just North of the intersection with Vadnais Blvd (even though the trail appears closed, according to the sign the trail is not currently closed for hunting.)
