This morning on my way up to Cass and Wadena Counties I drove through
Clear Lake on Hwy 24 and saw what I thought was a Eurasian
Collared-Dove, but I was not able to get a good enough look. On the way
home I drove through again and immediately saw the bird feeding on the
ground by the grain elevators on the east side of Hwy 24.

I tried to relocate the Short-eared Owl at Crow Hassan Park in NW
Hennepin County at dusk, but I was not successful. I did, however, see
a Loggerhead Shrike.
