I ended up at S. Stanchfield Lake about 1pm and in the wind & rain, could
not re-find it or the grebes mentioned.

Present were:

D-C-Cormorants - about a dozen
Am. White Pelican - lone individual on far end of lake
Spotted Sandpiper - 1
Forster's Tern - 2

Apparently, there is quite a turnover at this lake!
