Hi everyone,
So sorry for the late post! I had school conferences immediately after arriving home tonight and this is the first time I am able to post.

John Hockema and I were able to view the Purple Sandpiper today from about 12:15 to 12:50 p.m. The bird slept most of the time and didn't budge when we left. This location is in Swift County, north of the town of Appleton, along 230th Ave, approximately 2 miles north of Hwy. 12.

Also of note, John and I found a juvenile Snowy Egret in Chippewa County along Hwy. 7, northwest of the town of Watson. It was on the west side of the road right at mile marker 62. It was in the company of a Great Egret.

Good birding!
