Several birders saw a Ross's Goose on Long Meadow Lake at the Bass Ponds this afternoon.   There also was an American Black Duck in the flock of Mallards and Canada Geese.

Location:  On the open water and mud flats on Long Meadow Lake around the main outflow from Hogback Ridge Pond.   

Also seen:  Northern Harrier, Rough-Legged Hawk, Barred Owl (calling).
