This evening at 6:30 PM I found a pair of Blue Grosbeaks sitting on a powerline
next to Co. Rd. 10, not even 100 yds east of MN Hwy. 23. This is likely the pair
reported by Garrett Wee on eBird on 8-9-13 at the Cottonwood Wastewater
Treatment Plant.

For shorebirds at Cottonwood WTP, I found the following:

Lesser Yellowlegs (2)
Spotted Sandpiper (1)
Semipalmated Sandpiper (1)
Pectoral Sandpiper (1)
Least Sandpiper (several)
Killdeer (several)
