There were two Sabine's Gulls on Lake Bemidji, right north of Diamond Point,
this afternoon. Douglas Johnson initially observed the first gull around
noon, and it was still there when I looked at 2 PM. I'd been watching the
gull for an hour or so when another Sabine's Gull appeared. These two gulls
were much more active than the 400+ Ring-billed Gulls that were also on the
lake.
