Today,Wednesday, January 29, we saw a snowy owl near 180 street and Hogan in Dakota County   It was hunting from telephone poles.

As of today there has been 208 Snowy Owls reported in Minnesota.  This
might be the second largest Snowy Owl irruption in Minnesota.
