I realize this is not mn, however we found 2 snowy owls in superior, wi. on Saturday Jan. 11. One was at the refinery and the other at the airport.  One was clearly tagged   #92.  I was looking for anyone with info on this bird, or the tagging of snowy owls in Duluth.  A few years ago at same location we found snowy owl #60.
 I'm assuming these are the same 2 owls noted on lists service in December.
