As a thank you to my coworkers for their Snowy sightings, I've given each a framed picture
of "their" owl. When one coworker took her picture home to show her husband, he said
that he forgot to tell her he saw a Snowy Owl on Sunday (Jan. 19) on Kandiyohi Co. Rd. 28
about a mile west of Kandiyohi Co. 2. This is north of Atwater and likely the same owl we
had been seeing for a week and a half near the intersection Co. Rds. 10 and 2. The
locations are 2 miles apart, and the last time I observed the owl near 10 and 2 was on Jan.
12 even though I've been out looking since that date.
