The snowy owl near Hogan and 180 street  in Dakota  county was still being seen on Tuesday, Februay 4.  It had been hunting from a perch on a piece of irrigation equiptment but was frightened off by several photographers who got out of there cars and starting walking through the snowy field to get closer to the owl.
