I found one more Snowy Owl today - this one in Mahnomen County. It was
2miles west of Waubun on a pile of rocks on the north side of the road. It
was quite distant from the road and not noticeable with the naked eye. I
scanned the rock pile with binoculars and noticed a white lump and then used
my scope to get a better look of the bird. It soon picked up and flew east
toward the town of Waubun where I eventually lost track of it.

From there I went up to Bejou to see if I could refind the owl that Denny &
Barb Martin found to the north and east of there a few days ago but I was
unsuccessful with that one.
