At 10:30 p.m. this evening I found the first-of-year Henslow's Sparrow singing in Wild River State Park.  I was getting a little concerned as this is 4 days later than last year and last year was a very late arrival.  I was finishing up a Minnesota Frog and Toad Calling Survey route in the area and found the bird just before the storm arrived this evening.
