Denny and Barb Martin just called to report they were unable to refind the White Ibis reported on mou-net yesterday evening at the Norland impoundment in Roseau County. Today they walked as much of the area as possible during the past 4 hours, including the spot where they last saw the bird disappear as it flew in. Denny estimated that they were only able to cover about half of this newly created wetland, so it's entirely possible the bird is still present in the area.

As posted by Peder Svingen on behalf of the Martins, here are the directions: "From the intersection of state highways 310 and 11 in Roseau, go east on highway 11 for 5 miles to 440th Ave N. Turn left (north) and go 4 miles, then turn right (east) and go 1 mile to the dead end."
