The Long-Tailed Duck is still present at 9:00 a.m. near the Coon Rapids Dam, but it has moved upstream.

Park on Mississippi Blvd and Uplander Street. Follow the paved trail south into the park. There is a dirt path on the right that goes across a ravine (it has cement blocks and rocks in it.) Turn left after you cross the ravine then follow the dirt trail to the right upstream. Go as far as you can until you come to a fence. The duck is feeding in front of boat dock and there is a blue canoe sitting on the shore.
