After over an hour searching around the center and the west end of the parking lot I went to the horse camp area at the east end of the lot and was able to find an immature Hooded Warbler near the outhouse.

> Yesterday afternoon Ron Erpelding found a male Hooded Warbler in Lake Maria State Park. Take the road to the interpretive center and as you pass it you will come to a parking lot. Ron found the bird on the right-hand side of the parking lot a short way up the trail towards the interpretive center.
