Hi All—

I guess it is not that rare to see collared-doves; John Holden and I found
one last Wednesday about a mile west of the Whitetail Woods Regional Park
on a telephone wire over 170th Street West.  The bird was buffeted by high
wind, and the sun lit the tail from behind, which made for a nice photo on
my blog:
