It would be nice to get some more details on the dead gull. Since they were never seen at the same time but were found in the same area it seems that the new bird had either just arrived or the dead bird has been misidentified. More details on the dead gull would be greatly appreciated since two Ivory Gulls at the same location in Minnesota would be extremely rare, though not unprecedented (it apparently happened in St. Paul in 1991 according to America's 100 Most Wanted Birds ).
