Just wanted to thank everyone for the great directions to the Afton
short-eared owls. Today Cheri Steiny and I went out there and for sure saw
two and possibly three. We parked near the trail head and the owls were
seen about 3:30ish-4:00 on both sides of the road in the fields flying and
hunting. We were able to walk along the trail and where it splits we got a
little closer as they hunted along the hill near the fence.

Thanks again, it was a lifer for me!!!!
