Apparently my first email decided to be sent in a jumbled and shortened mess.  Sorry.  Another try:

There is a Lesser Black-backed Gull at the farm on County 8, west of Helium St., in southern Isanti County. This is also just west of Lyndon Cedarblade Township Park.

There are many, many other gulls present. The Lesser Black-backed Gull seemed to mostly be hanging out with the group that was furthest west. Sometimes it was out of sight.
